Zur Frage nach der Rolle der Theologie an der Universität, in der Gesellschaft und in der Kirche, die das Hauptthema der Tagung von der Wissenschaftlichen Gesellschaft für Theologie an der Evangelich-Theologischen Fakultät der Karls-Universität in Prag bildete (17.-19. September 2010), hat dieser Beitrag die spezifisch "Prager" Aspekte besprochen. Von drei historischen Epochen, der Reformationszeit, der Moderne und der Gegenwart, wurden konkrete Phänomene und Ereignisse zum Thema erörtert und kritisch vorgestellt.

This paper dealt with the specific "Prague" aspects of the role of theology in university, society, and the church, which was the main theme of the meeting of the Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Theologie, held at the Protestant Theological Faculty ofCharles University in Prague on 17-19 September 2010. Specific phenomena and events related to the theme from three historical periods (Reformation, early modern, and the present) were discussed and critically presented.
