The study analyses the fundamental trends in the average age of women using assisted reproduction in the Czech Republic and the differences between Czech regions. Besides the development of womens age the health of newborns is being examined, especially birth weight and cost of healthcare in their first months of life. Authors use data obtained from the largest Czech health insurance company (VZP CR).
