The 24th Annual Meeting of the Special Interest Group on Discourse and Dialogue (SIGDIAL) is held with the 16th International Natural Language Generation Conference (INLG) in Prague on September 11-15, 2023.The SIGDIAL venue provides a regular forum for the presentation of cutting edge research in dialogue and discourse to both academic and industry researchers, continuing a series of 23 successful previous meetings. The conference is sponsored by the SIGDIAL organization - the Special Interest Group in discourse and dialogue for the Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL) and the International Speech Communication Association (ISCA).INLG invites the submission of long and short papers, as well as system demonstrations, related to all aspects of Natural Language Generation (NLG), including data-to-text, concept-to-text, text-to-text and vision-to-text approaches. The event is organized under the auspices of the Special Interest Group on Natural Language Generation (SIGGEN) of the ACL.
