The main focus of the article is a review of the monograph ""Czech Word Formation Concept in the Context of Slavic Linguistics,"" which was published on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the birth and the 20th anniversary of the death of Miloš Dokulil. The publication, which involved over thirty authors, examines Dokulil's onomasiological theory of word formation and its influence on contemporary linguistics. The book is divided into three sections that address theoretical questions, general aspects of word formation, and analyses of selected linguistic phenomena in various Slavic languages. The review emphasizes the significance of this monograph as a valuable contribution to the research on word formation and its openness to further methodological modifications.
