Der Vortrag präsentiert die Geschichte und Entwicklung der Liechtensteinischen Schlosstheater, mit besonderer Aufmerksamkeit auf das Repertoire, das an den Höfen von verschiedenen professionellen Theatergruppen aufgeführt wurde. Grundsätzlich sind auch die Verwandlungen der Theatergenres bei den einzelnen Theatertexten (z.B. Der Kaufmann von Venedig als Lustspiel u.a.).
