Popis výsledku v původním jazyce

Die Studie stellt den ersten Teil einer dreiteiligen Serie dar, die die merkwürdige Karriere und den sozialen Aufstieg Kaspar Schlicks (ca. 1400-1449), des Reichskanzlers Kaiser Sigismunds, König Albrechts II. und Friedrichs III., umfassen soll. Die Autoren versuchen Schlicks "reale" curriculum vitae, wie es durch echte zeitgenössische Quellen belegt werden kann, dem "virtuellen" Aufstieg seines sozialen Status gegenüberzustellen, wie es Schlick selbst in seinen Fälschungen dargestallt hat. Während derFälschungstätigkeit Kaspars und dessen ?virtuellen? Karriere folgende zwei Teile gewidmet werden, wird hier die ?reale? Karriere von der Herkunftsfrage und den Anfängen Schlicks in der Kanzlei Sigismunds, über dessen Emporstieg zum Reichskanzler, dessenRolle in der Diplomatie und Politik Sigismunds bis zum Wirken unter Albrecht II. und Friedrich III. neu dargestellt.

The present article is part one of a three-piece study on the remarkable career and the social advancement of Kaspar Schlick (c. 1400-1449) who subsequently served as an imperial chancellor to the rulers of the Holy Roman Empire, Sigismund, Albrecht II and Frederick III. The authors aim at a comprehensive juxtaposition of Schlick?s ?real? curriculum vitae as suggested by the evidence of genuine contemporary sources with the outlines of a merely ?virtual? process of climbing in official functions and social status designed and expressed by Schlick himself in a chain of diplomatic forgeries.
