La monarchie de Habsbourg représentent un modele qui permet de percevoir les moyens financiers pour le trésor de l?État. Tout en n?étant pas identique avec le systeme fiscal, ce modele remplaçait ce dernier dans une large mesure quant au but ainsi qu?auniveau des moyens et des procédés concrets dans les différents pays de la monarchie a l?époque suivant l?année 1620 qui se caractérise par la défaite des séditions des nobles et par la guerre de trente ans. Il est en meme temps important de souligner quele processus des confiscations d?apres 1620 exprime de façon exemplaire l?interconnexion entre le monde moderne de la politique, du droit, de la religion et des finances. Soulignons aussi qu?en conséquence, il entraîne des transformations au sein de lastructure sociale des élites de meme que de la société centre-européenne dans sa totalité.

The article deals with the topic of the relations between politics, law, religion and finances of the Moravian nobility at the beginning of 17th century, especially in the social circles of the nobility of the Bohemian Lands and the Habsbourg Monarchy. The Confiscations of the property of the noble families in the central European lands was a possibility to implement the reconstruction of the social structure in the process of contre-reformation and to raise funds to the treasury.
