Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit der Identizierung der Persone, die aus der schriftlichen Quellen der zweiten Hälfte des 13. Jhs. als Henricus Italicus bekannt ist. Der Vf. meint und argumentiert, dass existierte realer Notar und Protonotar der königlichen Kanzlei Meister Heinrich, Pfarrer in Gars, der aber kein Italiener war, dann höchswahrschenlich realer Italiener Heinrich von Isernia, der gründete die Schule der Rhetorik auf dem Wyšehrad und nach welchem enden alle Spuren in dem Jahr 1278. Dieser Mann diente als Vorbild des fiktiven Notars Heinrich der Walch, der in der Formularen aus der königlichen Kanzlei in der Regierungszeit des Wenzels II. relativ oft zitiert wurde.

Article follows up identification of a person called Henricus Italicus from written sources of the second half of the 13th century. Author’s opinion is he was not quite fictitious person. We have historical references about real notary named master Henry, parson from Gars. But he did not have an Italian origin. Other posible person was Italian Henry of Isernia, founder of the school of rhetoric in Vyšehrad. But we loose all traces about him after the year 1278. This man served like prewiev for a fictitious notary called Henricus Italicus, which is often mentioned in forms from the era of Wenceslas II.
