Quasi-Sami Literature : Towards a typology of "Sami" fiction

There are literary works written by foreigners with the ambition of penetrating a domestic, ethnic literary canon and gaining the ethnic perspective and voice. Such works can be called a quasi-national literature. In terms of Sami literature it seems, that the amount of quasi-Sami fiction works is almost the same as that of the indigenous Sami. However, between the quasi-national works, different borders according to different criteria might be put in.
