Die Arbeit untersucht die Rolle der Muttersprache des ehemaligen Jugoslawiens in Saša Stanišićs Roman Wie der Soldat das Grammofon repariert. Einerseits schildern die Texte die sozialen, politischen und gesellschaftlichen Realitäten des Lebens vor und nach dem Krieg in der früheren Heimat, andererseits tauchen sie tief in persönliche und kollektive Erinnerungen ein. Der Autor beleuchtet die Erinnerungen und die Sprache der Figuren, die aus Jugoslawien stammen. Die Darstellung kultureller, sozialer und politischer Realitäten, die sich aus den literarischen Darstellungen und dem Thema der Erinnerung ergibt, wird direkt in den Texten gestaltet. Literarische Werke von Autoren wie Saša Stanišić erschaffen dieses Bild, indem sie persönliche Erfahrungen mit fiktiven Erzählungen verknüpfen.

The author examines the memories and language of the characters originating from Yugoslavia. The depiction of cultural, social, and political realities, which emerges from the literary representations and the theme of memory, is directly crafted within the texts. Literary works by authors like Saša Stanišić create this image by intertwining personal experiences with fictional narratives.
