The 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is considered to be the most successful convention which subject is international contract of sale. Professor F. Ferrari is the editor of the book which analyzes the impact of the above mentioned convention on the natinaol legal systems. The authors from 24 countries reports on the impact on the practice of law, the style of court decisions and the domestic legilation in the area of contract law as well. Prof. Rozehnalova is the author of the Czech national report.
