Problematik der Rezeption des deutschen Staatsrechts und des verfassungsrechtlichen Dialoges. Europäische Einbindung der verfassungsrechtlichen Entwicklung. Einige Vorwürfe gegen die Entscheidung des tschechischen Verfassungsgerichtes in der Sache der Ratifizierung des Reformvertrages von Lissabon. Das tschechische Verfassungsgericht hat folgenden Standpunkt eingenommen, und zwar, dass die sogenannte Rechtsfortbildung des Europäischen Gerichtshofes ihm nicht gestattet, für einmal and für die Ewigkeit derart diese Sache zu entscheiden.

Problem of the judicature of the Court of Justice of the EU as an obstacle for the definite solution of the question of the transfer of competences on the EU.
