The paper attempts to provide the basis of considerations in necessary continuity and wider context of the administrative appeal and remedial measures within public administration, as well as outline of some important problematic issues and of possible solutions, limits and perspectives of the administrative appeal, with regard to new perspective on this institute as a protective measure of affected person rights and to effective solution of the matters by public administration, prior to the judicial rewiew, as well.
