Das Kapitel befasst sich mit ausgewählten Fragen des liegenschaftsrechtlichen Vertrauensschutzes unter Berücksichtigung des neukodifizierten tschechischen Privatrechts. Es werden historische Hintergründe der Grundbuchsführung in der Tschechichen Republic erwähnt und anschließend das Konzept der Regelung des Vertrauensschutzes im neuen tschechischen Privatrecht vorgestellt. Am Ende des Beitrages werden Anreize und Vorschläge zum gemeinsamen europäischen Grundbuch gemacht.

The paper deals with the selected questions of public faith principle of real property law in the new Czech private law. The paper presents look at the history of land registration in the Czech Republic and clarifies the basic legal concept of the public faith of the register of the real estate. At the end it were proposed suggestions for the creation of a common register for all real estate properties in Europe.
