The chapter deals with the reform of the Czech civil law and in this framework with the reform of Czech corporate law. Following issues are analyzed in more detail: change in the concept of legal entities, relaxation of rules for registered capital and contributions, changes in legislation of Corporate Governance, new conception of concern law and fundamental changes for individual types of commercial companies. In conclusion the author informs of the prospective development of the legal regulation.
