Lecture dealt with the concept of sovereignty in the cyber space. First, it introduced the historical development and focused in a greater detail on the Lotus case. It also touched upon a discussion whether sovereignty is understood as a principle or as a primary rule. Lastly, it paid attention to the firts five rules of the Tallinn Manual dealing with the sovereignty.
