The presentation introduces the basic framework of legal regulation of data governance with a focus on public sector data and medical data. The first part of the presentation introduces the relevant legislation. In the second part, the presentation focuses on the theoretical level of data governance. In the final part, as a specific national example, the presentation will present the practice of medical data sharing in the Czech Republic and its planned development.
