A magyar jogrendszer az 1990-es évek óta áll az európai uniós jog hatása alatt, és alkalmazkodik közvetlen és közvetett módokon annak elvárásaihoz. Húsz évvel Magyarország európai uniós csatlakozása után ismét érdemes mérleget vonni a magyar jogrendszer európaizációs változásairól. Empirikus jogi módszerekre épülő, a jogrendszer makro- és mikroszintű változásait egyaránt lefedő elemzésünkben azt vizsgáltuk, hogy a magyar jogrendszert mennyiben jellemzi az európai uniós jogi kötelezettségek átvétele és az azoknak való megfelelés a jogi európaizáció folyamatában. A megfelelés mellett a jogrendszer európai uniós konfliktusait is vizsgáltuk. Különösen arra a kérdésre kerestünk választ, hogy a konfliktusok – súlyukból és jellegükből eredően – utalhatnak-e a magyar jogrendszer az uniós joggal fennálló viszonyának alapvető megváltozására.

The Hungarian legal system has been under the influence of EU law since the 1990s and has been adapting to its requirements in direct and indirect ways.
