Poster. The term crisis has been used frequently in journalism research in recent years. However, less attention has been paid to the topic of building resilience and the ability of journalists to adapt to change.To explore journalists’ interpretations of the relationship between their profession and various crises, we focused in our study on how journalists perceive the disruptions of their work and how they build their professional resilience.
