Environmental indicators are essential tools for monitoring the environment state, political decision support and public instructing. From the beginning of ninetieth years of past century, the indicators have become significant in many countries and international forums. Almost all significant organizations are working on the development of new groups of indicators. These groups are using for the international comparison of single states. Each organization presents its indicators on its web portal. In the paper is circumscribed the fundamental structure of portals of the most important organization both at abroad level and at the Czech Republic level, which follows their quality and accessibility comparison.
