Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The aim of this paper is to present specific orthopaedic insoles and biomechanical shoes manufactured in the Czech Republic in cooperation with Faculty of Sport Studies and, most importantly, objective data which were arrived at during analyzing the effect of such orthopaedic means on distribution of plantar pressure and perfusion of the feet in two selected probands. Immediate effect on the sole inside the shoe was measured through plantographic insoles; long-term effect on a bare foot was measured ona plantographic platform and thermic effects of walking in tested and regular shoes were compared in pictures taken by thermographic cam. The results of the proband who was testing orthopaedic insoles and the one who was testing biomechanical shoes werequite different. With orthopaedic insoles, both plantographic and thermic measurements proved majority of the proclaimed positive effects whereas the effects of biomechanical shoes were both positive and negative.
