There were 24% of women who do not perform any exercise; the most common reason was defined as health problems (33.3% of those who do not do any exercise) or lack of time (this was written by 25.0% of those who do not do any exercise). The most typical physical activity was walking, swimming, ball exercise and compensation exercise. Most women perform their favorite sport activity 2 – 3 times per week, which was reported by 60.5 % of those who actively do some sport. Absolute majority of women (97.4% of respondents) is persuaded about positive influence of performed activity on their dealing with pregnancy and coming childbirth, which is also considered as very positive finding.
