This paper deals with various non-standard indicators of the special legal form of business -cooperative in the area of the Czech Republic. Adjustment of the cooperatives in the Czech business law is in many aspects similar to joint-stock company adjustment. Differences are to be found (among others) in the governing of the company in the top level area - this is the first area of research in this paper. The second area concerns of will of new members to enter such cooperatives and also from the other side willingness of cooperatives to be accessed by these members. This indicator is compared with standard economical indicators to express through correlation of data their dependence. The issue of entrance of new members is also compared to the questionof fulfilling of employees needs and visions and with the question of net revenue pay-off.
