"Two joint scientific conferences - the Final iNEXT-Discovery Consortium Meeting and the 4th Symposium on Recent Advances in Cryo-EM - were hosted by CEITEC at Masaryk University in Brno on 10-13 June 2024. The final iNEXT-Discovery Consortium Meeting was held on June 10-12, 2024, providing a glimpse of the project's results, including the latest developments and applications in structural biology. The program included presentations by internal consortium members on the results of collaborative research activities, as well as external users and industry leaders. The 4th Symposium on Recent Advances in Cryo-EM was held 12-13 June 2024 and included presentations by academic and industry leaders who are developing electron cryomicroscopy technology or applying it to describe fundamental cellular processes. The program included presentations on recent methodological developments in the acquisition and analysis of electron microscopy data and how cryo-EM is helping to improve our understanding of protein translation or virus structure and function. "
