Photoinduced polymerization in As15S85 chalcogenide glasses: influence of thermal history
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The starting glass with the composition As15S85, used for this study, was prepared by melt-quenching technique. The initial quantity was divided into three parts and each one was subsequently remelted and cooled down under different conditions. Parts ofthese three glasses with different thermal history were further annealed by different temperatures. Finally, 12 bulk glasses with the same composition but different thermal history were prepared. Structural changes were studied via Raman spectroscopy using resonant (441.6 nm) and non-resonant (1064 nm) conditions. In addition to bulk glasses, also their solutions in butylamine and thin layers, prepared from the solutions by spin coating, were studied as well. Comparison of Raman spectra obtained by resonant and non-resonant conditions allow us to discuss photoinduced structural changes in the samples with different thermal history.
