In this paper we will analyze application possibilities of BI in supply chains because some logistics companies still do not know the structure of their logistics costs, and the information is not managed effectively, and consequently, real people do not have accurate information at the right time and right place. Successful application of this approach contributes to minimizing costs, increasing efficiency of the entire supply chain more efficient use of working capital, the right choice of suppliers, optimizing inbound and outbound logistics, invento
