This paper is focused on long-term research on the development of e-commerce. Automatic sorting equipment using conveyor belts is used to shorten package delivery times. In the paper, the analysis will be conducted on existing systems for sorting packages and includes a proposal for possible solutions in the near future. The second section of the paper will deal with a question related to the management of package transport security on conveyors and chutes, including an evaluation of the damage done to packages.
