Renewal of plasters of historical buildings is permanently discussed topic. It is necessary to refill or completely replace original plaster according to a level of damage. Historical plasters were made mainly from air lime with some admixtures. An analysis of original plaster has to be done as basic information for a suggestion of mixture for renewal plaster. The problems of renewal plasters applied on the damp walls without waterproofing is discussed in the paper.
