The aim of the thesis is to find out the possibilities and readiness of the budget programs for the acquisition of extensive, intensive and semi-intensive green roofs. The chosen problem was solved using the BUILDpowerS program, which is one of the most widespread in the Czech Republic. In the beginning it was necessary to define composition of chosen roofs as classical extensively, and the intensive green roof after the observation that the program already contains aggregate items for the green roofs was supplemented also semi-intensive composition. In addition, the individual compositions were priced and compared to aggregate items offered directly in the user environment of the program, where the difference in composition pricing and aggregate pricing was found. Furthermore, the article is focused on the readiness of database itself of program for the appraisal of the green roof and reveals the individual shortcomings that occur in the program with regard to the given topic. The contribution of this work is the identification of individual errors in the program and its database and the proposal of their solution.
