The compost production and its the quality must comply with the quality classes defined in the Decree on Biological Methods of Biodegradable Substances Processing during the Composting Process. The result of the composting process results in the use of the resulting product - compost, as fertilizer for soil quality improvement in agriculture. The purpose of this article is to present the selected result, phase of digging and sprinkling with water of the material, of research and development work on the monitoring of the composting process by means of an indirect measurement method – electrical impedance spectrometry. The works are carried out with the purpose of applying in the conditions of the agricultural enterprise.
