Advanced Loading of Membrane Structures by Snow
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
This paper deals with nonlinear snow load on tensile surface structures, which are characterized by high deformability under external loads. Snow load is usually applied on a projected area, but in the case of membrane structures this approach is very inaccurate due to the great surface inclination. An algorithm that takes into consideration the surface shape coefficients for snow load with additional snow accumulation in lower parts of the structure has been developed. In the first part the effect of a lower total sum of load on the conical structure was proved. The subsequent complex model illustrates the possibilities of analysis of snow accumulation on the membrane structures
