TEACHING THE ANSYS WORKBENCH PROGRAM
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
On the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication Brno University of Technology is teaching the simulation program Ansys Workbanch. Students have opportunity work with this modern programme and he may simulated many physical problem. Ansys is a computer program based on the finite element method. Under this program, it is possible to simulate the action of a wide range of influences acting on the panel. One such case may be the effect of temperature on the volume of broken glass solar panel. With this simulation it is possible to detect mechanical stress on this area and also to verify the influence of temperature on mechanical damage to the glass. Another variant is the calculation explicit dynamics. With this category of simulations it is possible to create a model of mechanical damage of photovoltaic modules based on the effect of external mechanical influences. One example of use of this method is calculated effect of the impact of hail on the outside surface of the panel. Within the obtained results show deflection and thus caused waves on the cover glass over the impact of one or more of hail. With these calculations it is possible to perform a large number of experiments with various materials and structural embodiment modules.
