Increasing interest in multimedia transmissions generate a larger volume of data traffic in networks. This transmission is primarily affect by transition to new application of third parties, such as over the top (OTT), multimedia entertainment providers as well as communication service such as WhatsApp, Skype or Facebook. This aspect was recorded mostly within telecommunication networks, which were for example Portio study [1] in 2012 – 2016 received 6 billions messages by above mentioned application. Operators reacted on this new market situation based on above mentioned findings and they reinforced implementation of packet transmission within its infrastructure. This new approach ensured more effective used of transmission capacity. NGN has the main aim to enable increase of speed and availability of transmission, decrease in costs and reinforcement its adaptability in global communication.
