The one of the important characteristics of protective clothing is their ability to protect against the effects of highly toxic substances and industrial pollutants. This parameter, respectively resistance of these materials against permeation of pollutants it is necessary to know in choosing the appropriate polymeric materials. For these purposes, in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 6529 developed techniques that will allow measurement of the permeation of toxic substances through selected barrier materials.One of the appropriate analytical methods for the determination of the substance is the gas chromatography.
