Selected analytes (PCB, PBDE) were monitored in matrices (water and water plants). A method of solid-phase extraction (SPE) was used for isolation analytes from abiotic and biotic matrices, also the SPME was used for the water. For identification and quantification was used gas chromatography with electron capture detector.
