Study of morphology the isolated cuticle from Prunus laurocerasus
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Nutrients, vitamins, fertilizers and other substances may effect on grow of plant, productivity or their external quality and simultaneously can influence fertility and quality of soil. These compounds can be received either roots or leaves. Nowadays, foliar fertilizers belong to widespread fertilizers application in the world. The uptake of matters is influenced by first barrier on the surface of leaf. We called this thin layer as cuticle. The penetration experiments are realized by using of isolated cuticles from plant Prunus laurocerasus, which leaves have suitable mechanical properties for our purpose. The isolated cuticles were subjected to study of their morphology, structure and surface by different analytical instruments (Fluorescence Life-timeImaging Microscopy (FLIM), Isothermal Microcalorimetry (ICM), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)).
