As a result of extensive research on the use of sorbents for the decontamination of supertoxic lethal chemical warfare agents on skin and adjacent parts of clothing, a new method for primary decontamination has been introduced in the Czech Army and CivilProtection to substitute for older generations of decontamination packets based on subsequent use of two decontamination solutions. The new means named DESPRACH, possessing universality and high decontamination efficiency, as well as advantageous technological, economical and exploitation parameters has been included into the Czech Army's individual decontamination packet IPB-80 and into the Czech Civil Protection first aid kit ZPJ-80 recently.
