The demands of customers grows and with it to grow requirements not only on the product itself, but on all activities, which are needed for the manufacture of this type of product. The environmental protection is one of the trends that are forcing the small and medium enterprises, not only in the Czech Republic, to radical changes in their activities, structure and organization of work. The companies, which wantto succeed not only in domestic markets but also to those abroad, must declare their quality of enterprise management with the application of the generally accepted management practices, the introduction of management and ownership of relevant certificates and testimonials.
