The new economy is and will be more based on accurate and secure information and knowledge, system-defined and integrated environment of modern information and communication technologies (ICT), progressive economic cybernetics with an application of modern management, modelling of intelligent e-business and the necessary modern e-learning. The key to success will be to contribute by the mentioned modelling to the creation of new secure cyberspace. Assess options to modelling of an optimal structure of electronic business with information in the beginning world "cyber war", the ability to design and improve adaptive socio-technical environment in the dynamic global view of the world, flexible educate yourself in the field of applied cybernetics and in the already threatened cyberspace. The article describes options of electronic commerce modelling in a cyberspace of the new economy with the definition of the new economy and, in particular, with the identification of acquired practical information and data that can be used for design of intelligent and accurate means for system-integrated interface human - ICT. The aim of modelling is to filter and recognize of information and data from Business Intelligence (BI) and design the cyberspace with security measures. Furthermore, modelling defines requirements for cyberspace of technical environment (IT) and cyberspace of social environment with the aim of further increase of the potential intelligence of both environment and to minimize the mentioned interface. Used modelling methods are defined by identifying the economic environment, the mathematical model with applications of simple neuron networks, obtaining transmission characteristics of the dynamic model of e-commerce and data definition established in cyberspace and the possibility of mining information from data.
