The Way HPO´s Create Better Economy Value Added Than Regular Organizations
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Purpose of this study is to summarize possible approaches to creation of economy value in relation to high performance organization (HPO). The aim is to create theoretical framework for consideration of possibilities of economy value added (EVA) metric application in the future empirical research focused at these HPO organizations. The methodology in this study is based on comprehensive review of scientific researches conducted in the field of HPO´s and in relation to their economy value. Our findings show that EVA is considered to be the most important technique for measuring performance because it focuses on the cost of capital whilst the traditional corporate performance does not consider the cost of capital (Shad and Lai, 2015). It tells to investors and managers where value has been created in the business and where value has been destroyed. It measures a company's success in creating shareholder value. EVA can be proposed to measure the value of firm as EVA provides accounting, economy and market information about the short-term and long-term performance (Mamun et al., 2012) by incorporating the cost of capital employed by the business. This technique measures financial performance and shows the true profit of the organization as well HPO organizations through which the value of the shareholder is created over time.
