GETTING OVER CRITICAL PHENOMENA IN THE BUILDING ENTERPRISE OF A REGIONAL SIGNIFICANCE

This contribution is intent on the problems of an active access of a building enterprise of a regional significance to a solution of a financial crisis. Because the building enterprise was financially healthy and its management noticed that there was an increased demand in the area of the production of steel constructions, namely domestic and foreign, it decided to solve this situation by a construction of a productive hall for a production of steel constructions and a reconstruction of productive areas of locksmithery and tinsmithery operations. While in the introductory chapters of the case study, the basic data about the building enterprise and its project are described, the other chapters contain the detailed elaboration and evaluation of the realized investment by means of the economic efficiency ratios (Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return). The aim of the case study is to work out lucidly the problems of the active access of the building enterprise to a solution of the financial crisis, to judge the realized investment and to decide whether the project was effective or not.
