DisCo 2018 was held in Microsoft in Prague, Czech Republic from June 25 to 26, 2018. 4 keynote speakers: Brian Dorn, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and holds the Union Pacific Community Chair in Computer Science Education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Stefania Bocconi is researcher at the National Research Council of Italy (CNR), Institute for Educational Technology, Dr. Ivana Batarelo Kokic¢ is Professor of Pedagogy at the University of Split, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and Irena Biffordova, Education Director, Microsoft of Czech Republic + 40 other presentations. Total amount of 89 participants from 19 countries (mostly from Central Europe). The part of conference were also workshops about Microsoft educational tools (Mixed Reality, where we visited old Rome and Machu Pichu, OneNote and Minecraft), Ozobots, SELFIE project and using video in education and the results of European project BEEHIVES about collaboration schools, students and employers. As one of the most visited event there was panel discussion about Challenges and Barriers in Open Education, where Brian Dorn, Stefania Bocconi, Ivana Bartelo Koki¢ and Miguel Gea, the member of Programme Committee and ex-keynote speaker, participated.
