Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
育種学研究 (Breeding Research) Volume 22 (Supplement 2): p.137; Poster presentation of the 138th Meeting of Japanese Society of Breeding. Shame remification of spike branching is a trait where the spikelets of the wheat spike are unusually elongated, which leads to the appearance of spike branching. There are several donors that have such properties and stably express it in tetraploid and hexaploid wheat. On the other hand, it is the only index of the classification of hexaploid wheat in Triticum vavilovii. The inheritance of spike branching is often mysterious and one way to solve this problem is to translate this property into the tetraploid wheat line. In wheat, shame ramification is determined by the shr1 recessive gene. This study describes shame ramification in tetraploid wheat (T. jakubzineri) and hexaploid wheat (T. vavilovii). Near-isogenic lines in this trait (ANDW 18A, ANDW 18F) derived from tetraploid recipient wheat LD222 are formed.
