The subject of the investigation is a case study of the effects of the coronavirus pandemic on the operation and management of the town of Františkovy Lázně and Lázní Františkovy Lázně a.s. The authors focused on the measures taken in this context by the state, the city of Františkovy Lázně, and also Lázní Františkovy Lázně a.s. The result of the investigation is the proven fact that the covid-19 pandemic significantly affected the number and structure of visitors to Františkovy Lázně and that the measures taken contributed to mitigating the negative impacts
