Among organisms, that are ever-present in environment and which negatively effect on construction material, belong to above all bacteria, fungi, filamentous fungi, cyanobacteria, algae etc. These microorganisms implicate not only visual effects, but alsochanges of physical mechanical characteristics of building materials. Microorganisms influence negatively not only overground parts or building constructions, but also underlying parts.
