The important ecological factor is effort about most effective and thrifty exploitation of raw materials resources with regard to measure of their non-renewability, non-transferability and rarity.This implies reduction of surplus building matters on building sites, building wastes and support of their recycling, and also stress on the utilization of considerable quantity of different bulk cargo industrial waste materials. It is possible to use these materials with certain economic effect in production of building matters in the form of fillers or binders. Technologies using secondary raw materials can lead to improvement of usable properties of final product and in some cases participate also on reducing of emission volume. Usable durability of final product is the basic economic and ecological presumption for possibility of practical utilization of building matters.The products incurred on those base is then possible to mark by term ? ecological building material" or ? ecological buil
