Correlation between the susceptibility of Meligethes aeneus (Coleoptera: Nitidulidae) to chlorpyrifos-ethyl and lambda-cyhalothrin in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The susceptibility of 70 Meligethes aeneus (Pollen Beetle) populations, sampled from various localities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in 2011 and 2012, were tested with both chlorpyrifos?ethyl and lambda-cyhalothrin using the IRAC adult-vial-tests.LD95 values for chlorpyrifos varied between 0,0157 and 0,3619 ?g.cm-2. The differences among the recorded LD95 values were statistically significant (p < 0,05; 95% CL) in several instances. The LD50 values for lambda-cyhalothrin ranged from 0,003 to 0,1946 ?g.cm-2 and differed significantly (p < 0,05; 95% CL) from one another in many instances. The sensitivity of PB to lambda-cyhalothrin markedly differed in various regions of the two countries. In general, the Slovak PB proved to be somewhat more sensitive to the pyrethroid in comparison with the Czech PB. An intermediate negative correlation between the LD95 values for chlorpyrifos-ethyl and LD50 values for lambda-cyhalothrin (r = - 0,57; p < 0,05) was demonstrated which indicated som
