The aim of the contract research was to determine the wear resistance of the samples. Customer supplied samples of three types of cast iron and 3 samples of each material (labeled GG, GGG and GP), i.e. a total of 9 samples. Tests were conducted on the tester pin-on-disk in accordance with the technical specifications.
