A system for aggregating and distributing traffic information from heterogeneous sources (e.g., traffic information centers, sensors, traffic infrastructure, communicating vehicles, applications, community resources, etc.) to assess the credibility of the information and possible disruption of the information flow. The goal of the output was not to address the security of communication routes, but the actual creation and guaranteed authorship of valid information, etc.
