Poster presenting a molecular classification of gastric cancer. In this project, we focused on the investigation of somatic mutations and gene amplifications characteristic of gastrointestinal neoplasia. The final studied panel consisted of a total of 70common oncogenes and tumor supressors. The aim was to determine the spectrum of mutations and amplifications and their potential associations with regard to tumor localization, grading and Lauren type.
